Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas

It seems like this year sped by at 90mph. 2018 is just a few days away and looking back on 2017 I have to wonder how we did so much in such a short time. We've been so fortunate to have worked with some truly amazing clients. Some of the highlights from this year include designs for some truly unique and beautiful homes and additions, interior remodels and renovations. We also received our residential contractor's license earlier this year and have been able to add Design/Build services to our portfolio. This year has brought many successes and lessons learned both personally and professionally. And so, from our family to yours, have a very Merry Christmas and we will see you all in 2018!

Wyatt Addition - Traditional Mother-in-law Suite addition with partially screened in roof deck. Unbuilt.

Park Hill Farmhouse - New Single Family residence designed for the historic Park Hill neighborhood of North Little Rock. Construction to start early 2018.

Jericho Way Housing - New Duplex units to house the homeless in Little Rock. Construction to start early 2018.

Steamboat House - New Single Family residence in the Capitol View neighborhood near downtown Little Rock. Construction underway.

Affectionately called the Walton Heights Wedge - modern single family addition to a traditional home in the Walton Heights neighborhood of West Little Rock. Design/Build by Rogue Architecture. Under construction.

Natural State Healthcare - Proposed new medical cannabis dispensary facility near Fort Smith, Arkansas. Construction to begin mid 2018.

ONYX Wellness Center - Proposed medical cannabis cultivation center near Newport, Arkansas. Construction to begin mid 2018.

Canvas Community Church and The Hub - Historic Renovation of an old Dr. Pepper bottling facility in Downtown Little Rock. Construction to begin mid 2018.
