Happy New Year!

2018 was full of an incredible array of opportunities and lessons learned for us as architects. It started in 2017 when we received our residential contractor’s license and began offering design/build services to our clients as a way to more completely control our projects and the outcomes. It started out as a bumpy road, as any new journey usually does, but we finished 2018 with 4 design/build projects under our belt.

For 2019 our focus is shifting again. In late 2017 we identified a historic property that has been sitting vacant for too many years in an area of downtown Little Rock that is in desperate need of revitalization and new blood. So this year our focus will be to take deliberate and calculated steps towards making our first development project a reality. It will be a combination of low density multi-family and historic preservation within the same block in southeast Little Rock.
