ROGUE Architecture PLLC is a small firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas. We believe that good architecture is about more than providing excellent service. Good architecture is about people - understanding how people interact and experience the spaces we create for them. The process of design starts with getting to know our clients to understanding how a space will be used and by whom. This allows us to create architectural experiences that positively impact whole communities.

Project types include:

Custom Single-Family;
Commercial Office;
Multi-family;
Affordable Housing;
Historic Preservation;
Interior Design.

We currently have an opening for a Project Architect in our Little Rock office. The ideal candidate will work directly with the Firm Principal on all aspects of the practice and business of architecture. You’ll be responsible for:

Client development and retention;
Programming and Schematic Design;
Concept sketching and design;
Design and Construction Documentation;
Existing Conditions Surveys;
Project management and development;
Historic Resource Documentation;
Construction Administration.

Ideal Skills to have:

Hand sketching;
Design;
Critical and Creative Thinking (yes, that’s a real thing);
BIM Guru (Vectorworks preferred but not required);
Photoshop;
Microsoft Word and Excel;
Apple Hardware and Software (we don’t do PC);
An unhealthy pathological obsession with architecture and design.

We are a small firm and as such we all wear all of the hats. Our ideal candidate must be self-sufficient and passionate about the practice and business of architecture. We work hard and play harder. If you’re going to punch the clock we’re not interested. We love our clients and our work and expect you to feel the same. This position is also partner track so you’ll be expected to actively market and promote the firm to develop new client relationships. We are personally licensed in 10 states and are actively expanding beyond the borders of Arkansas. Some of our successful projects have been in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Texas, California, Florida, and North Carolina. We are built to work remotely which means we work all the time especially while traveling.
