Meet KC Price - Design Principal

We are so excited to announce that Rogue Architecture is growing as a company. This growth is exemplified in our new Partner and Principal of Design - KC Price! Jeremiah and KC first met in Architectural Graphics I at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 1998, their freshman year of college, and have remained friends and colleagues through 5 years of schooling and 20 years of professional development. Now, 25 years later, they are joining forces to expand the Rogue Architecture brand into Virginia, the District of Columbia, Maryland and beyond!

KC graduated from SCAD with dual degrees in Architecture and Historic Preservation and brings 20 years of experience working in the DC Metro region as an architectural designer with specific focuses in Historic Preservation, Adaptive Reuse, custom single family design, condo conversions, and urban planning to the firm. He began his career in DC working as an intern architect and designer, but in 2014 branched out on his own forming KC/DC Studios which provided architectural design and planning services to a multitude of developers in the area. His passion for architecture is surpassed only by his love for his son Fred and we are so excited to include him as part of our family!

This addition marks a major shift in our firm. For the last 8 years we have focused mainly on the custom residential market within the borders of Arkansas. With the addition of a new office in the District of Columbia we will be much better positioned to market our services to the East Coast of the United States and help developers realize their goals in the affordable and mixed-use multi family housing sectors - markets that we are both very passionate about and want to see grow across the country.
